Hi, my name is Anna Theodore and I work with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. We've been using JotForms for some time, but about three weeks ago we created one titled "TDC Troop Number Request" and as far as we can tell, submissions on this form have only started to work yesterday afternoon. Have other people's submissions been captured in any way? And if so, would it be possible to receive this data?
Possibly relevant: For some reason I was unable to log into JotForm with Google Chrome yesterday; likewise my submissions with Chrome didn't work. However, when I logged into Internet Explorer yesterday, I was able to both log into JotForm and successfully submit the TDC Troop Number Request form. Has this problem occurred before?

I see that your account is a sub user of the account with username GSGATL. We didn't hear of similar problems before, so it is very much possible to be an issue with the instance of Chrome browser you are using - such as a browser extension or a configuration interfering with the logging into your JotForm account.
It would be best to try with a fresh Chrome profile without any extensions installed, to see whether it is working that way:
When it comes to submissions made on your form named "TDC Troop Number Request", I see this is form 62026691823153, and it only has two submissions on it made since yesterday. This form doesn't seem to have any other submissions on it.
I have cloned the form into my account for testing, and it seems to be working fine. Are you sure people have tried submitting this form previously?
If there should have been submissions made on the form before, can you please provide the link to the page where this form is embedded, so we can take a look whether there may be any conflicts there that would prevent the form from being submitted. Otherwise, it looks to be working fine.
If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thanks
