i have some encrypted forms only website.

When i receive notification from Jotform i can open the form (with the encryption key) and see the form as it should be.

When i download the forms as PDF or Excel from the jot form website they are still encrypted.

How can i export encrypted files from jot form with out them being encrypted?

I'm sorry, but Excel or PDF download are all not available when encryption is enabled. You can download them but the data is not readable as they are encrypted. You can only view the submissions in the form submissions page - right after you provide the key.

To know more about the encryption, please check this guide:

The integrations are Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheets, etc. Practically, all integrations that are available to a regular form. However, as mentioned there, even with the integrations, the submissions will still appear as encrypted so basically, the data that gets submitted is of no use to the viewer. Hope this sheds light to your concern.
