My form isn't showing up on Facebook, when i select preview all that's

We apologise for inconveniences caused by this issue. Have you tried already adding your form in to your facebook using the Static HTML App Method? If not, please give a try and you can used this link for further guidelines on how to make it.

I know you’ll find this hard to believe but it was the user (me), not the Jot Form’s fault…… LOL ;)
I did finally figure out what I was doing……..

As I have two Facebook pages I was logged in under my personal name rather than my business Facebook page. Once I went the ‘Manage’ dropdown bar and selected ‘use Facebook as Paid Market Research’ I was able to see the form.
