I have created application system for students to apply to but when I tested it for first time by applying I didn't receive the notification email but received autoresponder. Kindly help me out.
The form is actually login restricted, so the link for the form is - https://form.jotform.me/62383187370459
I have checked the email addresses that you're using on your form and I can see they're fine, they're not currently into our bounce list, one of the reasons why emails do not send.
I have also checked your email notification and it seems properly set up, what I would suggest you is to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses so you avoid emails to not reach your inbox because of any security filter, here is the guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
I have also submitted your form and I can see the email was successfully sent to your email addresses, here is a screenshot of the email log:
Please try white-listing our IP addresses, do let us know if after doing that you're still unable to get your emails.
