help!! I went in the system to delete inquiry and deleted all inquiries at one point. The system let me refresh and add it back but cant see inquiry from my IPad now. not sure what's going on. I haven't seen an inquiry since that day. Is there a website to check to see if I inquiry is still accurate on your end and not blocked however?

If you are referring to your form submissions, I'm not sure how you were allowed to add it back. But once submissions are deleted it is permanent. The only thing I could think of on how this happened is suddenly your internet connection was interrupted which failed to submit the delete process to your account.
I also made a test submission on your account which went through successfully. So it's possible that it just happened that you were not receiving inquiries at this point.
You can also check your form's analytics for the technical aspects and visits your form is receiving via form analytics. You can go to your form's analyics page by selecting the form > click More > Form Analytics
On the next page you will see the traffic your form is receiving and from which areas or countries and when. You can also see a chart of the traffic and which of them were those whom you received responses, etc.
