Text area fields - cannot add rows.

    If I understand your concern correctly, you are unable to add a text area field in a new row? I cloned your form and did some tests. It appears that I am able to add a text area without any issue.

    Can you please clear your form cache and browser cache to refresh the form and then try adding the text area again? If the issue persists, please let us know.
