Autoresponder Setting

    Also, besides me getting the submitted form, I added 2 email fields that the patient and/or guardian can complete so they also receive a copy of the submitted form. My recipient email is embedded but the two email fields will change for every client so they are fields on the front of the form.


    How do I configure those two email fields so that when they are filled in, a copy of the submitted form goes to them in addition to me?

    If you want to send your autoresponder to different email addresses for your email fields email E-mail_1 and E-mail_2 you can create another autoresponder. At that situation, you can choose your E-mail_2 field while creating your autoresponder.
