Can't access my account

    According to "liyam" below, I used my Hotmail address to set up this account.  My Hotmail email is aakramer@hotmail.com

    But when I tried to plug in that address, they also said there is no account with that email.

    Any other help you can provide?

    Hello Anne,

     

    I checked the account associated to your form, and it's using a hotmail email address. You can also try logging in using the said email address with your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking the Forgot Password link below the login fields.

    I checked for an account associated with your email address and was unable to find one.  If you have the URL of one of your forms, I will be happy to let you know the username and email address for your account.
