Forms are being submitted without required fields being completed.

I am continually having an issue with our patients only completing the first page of our "2016 K Chiropractic Patient Intake Process Form". They are able to submit the form without filling the rest of the required fields. Why do this keep happening?

I have tested your form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was not able to go to the next page before I filled all required fields on current page. Your form has 15 pages.

I have also inspected your form and I saw that you have conditions for skip to page. So if the condition is met your users can go from page 1 to page 13. They will not be able to fill fields on other pages.

Also you have lot of conditions for fields that are removed from the form. This can also cause issues on your form. I would suggest you to delete/disable those conditions or set them for fields that exist on your form.
