We typically have one or two submissions per week. How can we get our account re-activated without upgrading

    Hello, 

    I just had the same issue. It appears to be spam. We typically have one or two submissions per week. How can we get our account re-activated without upgrading?

    The form belongs to the free account MazzaInno (samples@mazzainnovation.com)

    I've reset the counter back 10, but please know this is a one time action. I would recommend you to add a captcha field to prevent spam.

    Thank you. I have added the Google captcha; hopefully this works.

    So we have 10 submissions for the month of September?
