Error when submitting PDF

Hi 

I am trying to create a suite of forms for use if the internet is temporarily unavailable.

However when i did this and then went to submit (i realise internet will need to available at this time) i got the following error

So you are already connected to the internet but still getting that error?

Note that when you submit the PDF, internet should be available, otherwise, it will throw an error.

May I suggest of using Foxit PDF Reader app, this might as well help https://www.foxitsoftware.com/products/pdf-reader/.
