Configurable list does not save custom static labels in notification and PDF report

When you add a configurable list and modify static field with CSS code. This new labels do not get saved and you only see a blank labels in notification and PDF report.

I did check your form and found that in the configuration list widget, you have left the static field as blank and you have added custom css code to change the label of the configurable list widget static text field. That is the reason why the submission email does not display the static text of configurable list widget. It will only display the text which you have configured in the widget itself.
