How to clone a form

Can you help me figure out how to clone this form based on the link you sent? Or can you just add it to my account?

Hello Tory, here's the form my colleague, Rose, created https://jotform.com/62452429425961

To clone it, just copy that URL and then go to MY FORMS > click CREATE FORM > IMPORT FORM > select FROM A WEB PAGE > paste the URL > then CONTINUE
