An email with privacy policy has been sent to Survey takers

    Hello,

    Apparently an email was sent out with this link from JotForm to one of our survey takers...

    Is this something normal and can I disable it?

    We do not send any emails unless the email addresses are used to sign up a JotForm account or subscribed to. Could you provide us with the email address that has received the link and it would be helpful if you can forward us the email to support@jotform.com so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
