    Hi Support,

We are on your basic free plan. I have a notice from your system that we have exceeded our forms views for the month.

Since June 22nd, 2016 we have had 22 forms filled in and I just went in the database and have removed them from storage.

I don't understand how we would have exceeded our form views considering the traffic we are getting.

    Could you kindly explain? Thanks.

    Ali

I have checked Form views counter of your account and your forms viewed 1293 times. For free users Form views monthly limit is 1,000.

Because of that your forms will be disabled, unless you upgrade your account to increase Form views limit of your account. More about different account types and monthly limits, you can find on our Pricing page.

You can read a bit more about the addition of form views here:

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/191-Announcing-Pricing-Modification-Form-View-Limits

The form views is counted only when the actual form is loaded in the browser.

If you have embedded your form and if webpage where the form is embedded is receiving many hits from people who are not actually filling out the form, we highly recommend placing the form on a separate page of your website, made specifically for people to fill out the form, and linking to it on that homepage / high traffic page instead.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
