when I receive a completed form the text I placed in a "text field" does not print out. This is an issue since the text included in the "text field" are conditions that the person filling the form out agrees to by way of submission of the form and checking a radio button that states "I have read and understand the above stated conditions"

Thank you for contacting us.
If I understood your question correctly, you would like to show text about agreement on submission page.
When I checked your several forms, here is the results :
Form 1: http://www.jotform.us/form/62483779232161
Form 1: http://www.jotform.us/form/62483387169165
Text field is visible on my side as below
Form 3 : http://www.jotform.us/form/30627087396159
Text field not visible, only selection of radio button appears on submission.
The reason of it, you most probably disabled " Show Headers and Texts" option for that form submission. If you enable it, the text field will appear automatically.
Here is the steps you need to follow.
1. Go to " My Forms" page
2. Click Form and "Submissions"
3. Click "Preferences" Icon which is being on the top right side of the screen
4. Enable " Show Headers and Texts " checkbox
Please note that if you want to see unfilled/empty field on submission, you need to disable Auto Hide Empty Fields option.
If you need any further assistance by our side, please do not hesitate to contact us.
