Example: I download a website template with a nicely styled form. When a visitor submits the form, I want the inputs to pass through to a identical form hosted in JotForm. How do I do this, and do I need to setup JotForm API?

I understand that you want to use the custom form in your website template and send the form data to you JotForm account. Is that correct? If so, you may build the form in JotForm account using the same fields and download the source code of the form. The source code can be edited as you need to replace with the form styles with your template. You can get the full source code of your JotForm by following the code below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

If you are not comfortable working with the source code of the form, you may hire a programmer from upwork or freelancer.

Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to assist.

AS I have stated, the form works well on some machines but not on others
