Submission emails are not being sent

    Can you help me with outbound emails.

    Neither the originator or the form filler receive an email on submission.

    I have checked your email address georgeb5@gbuk.com in our bounce list and it is listed there. So you are not receiving emails to this email address. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be now able to receive emails without any issue. 

    When I check your JotForm, I notice that there is no auto-responder setup to send an email to the form filled email address. Please add a new auto-responder to your form so that the form information will be sent. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with creating a new auto-responder on your form.
