Sales rep contact?

I followed up on a previous support thread a moment ago but am on an urgent timeline and wanted to make sure it went through  -- I'm looking to include JotForm on a list of potential partners for my fortune 500 client and would like to include contact information for a sales representative (name / email / phone) to field questions if possible. Could you provide those details or connect me to the right person for that context?
