Is there a way to pass variables in the Custom URL Redirect page?

Is there a way to pass variables in the Custom URL Redirect page? Example, customer enters 123 for a specific field on the form, when they submit I would like them to go to http://www.example.com/123

I tried adding a field to the end of the custom URL, i.e. http://www.example.com/{supportKey}

However that did not work, it redirects to just http://www.example.com/%7BsupportKey%7D

I tried changing the advanced settings to allow POST in the Thankyou page but that didn't work either, same results as as above.
