jotform email recipient which is firstname.lastname@example.org receives TEST SUBMISSIONS only
all jotform submissions, however, is reflected on my jotform account as received/submitted
hope you can help me with this, i am not a techy person :(
been checking, reading, changing forms for two days now

We apologise for what this issue has caused you. You can try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to email@example.com on the notification email setup page and then do a test?
If this doesn't work please do let us know.
