my email recipient (facebook mail) does not receive jotform submissions, other than TEST SUBMISSIONS only

    jotform email recipient which is iamgraciella@facebook.com receives TEST SUBMISSIONS only

    all jotform submissions, however, is reflected on my jotform account as received/submitted

     

    hope you can help me with this, i am not a techy person :(

    been checking, reading, changing forms for two days now

    Hi,

    We apologise for what this issue has caused you. You can try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com on the notification email setup page and then do a test?


    If this doesn't work please do let us know.
