    My Account > Billing: Unable to see invoices when account is back to free

    I had the Bronze subscription for 6 months and now I'm back to free account. Could you please send me the invoice for that 6 months of subscription?

    Invoice should specify company name:

    Grupa Vern d.o.o.

    Inside of this guide you can find how to check invoices: 


    If you are no longer on paid plan instead of Billing select Upgrade option.

    Hi, I don't have that option.

    I think that my account has been reset when downgraded. Can you send me these invoices?

    In fact, all the invoices should be there if user has paid before even though s/he is in free plan now. 

    I'm escalating this to our dev. team. They will get back  you in a short time.

    It seems the subscription you mention was for a different account with the username bipzg.

    You will be able to find all your invoices for the subscription in the billing area for that account
