Problem with Encrypted Data

Hiya, 

I created an encrypted form and can see the data in the Submission Page having uploaded my Key.  However, when I try to download the data, it's still encrypted!  Can someone help me out.

I see that you're able to decrypt the data by uploading the key on the form submissions page. However, when he downloads the submissions data to excel, they remain encrypted. Unfortunately, Encrypted forms cannot be exported to PDF, Excel or CSV, since it is mathematically impossible for neither our software nor us to decrypt the submissions without the private key. To correct further, your key is never uploaded anywhere, it is only loaded into your browser for client-side decryption. You may still use Print button to get your paper copy.
