You can place a JotForm form in an asp.net page. You will simply copy the form source code to your web site. It can work on any HTML page. So, what you use on the back end is not important.
You can also take advantage of our Jotform Anywhere. Please check at http://www.jotform.com/anywhere/.
You can also integrate it using our API: http://api.jotform.com/docs/. If you need help with our API, please contact api@jotform.com.
Thanks
