Dynamic Checkbox List

Is it possible to have a second and a third checkbox list dynamically populated with the same information as the first one, minus the selected items form the first one?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to dynamically set the options for checkbox fields. You cannot show/hide an option on the checkbox field depending on the previously selected option. There is no current option that can help you setup this logic.
