Generate unique identifier?

Hello,

Are there any templates that would allow an individual to submit their information and then receive a unique identifier? We are looking to create an application. However, we do not want someone to list their name within the application. Therefore, we would like the applicant to first go to a different form that creates a unique identifier for them to be used in their application.

You can use either the unique submissions ID as the identifier. Submissions ID is generated on every form submissions. To add that in your email or thank you page, just use the submissions ID tag {id}
