    Integration with Google Spreadsheet is not forwarding new submissions

    Hello, since yesterday I have big problems with the integration of my form with google spreadsheet. No new compilation is updated on my google spreadsheet. It seems that the integration is not working. I tried to remove the integration and re-creating it, but this did not solve the problem. What should I do?

    Sorry to hear about the problems you are having, one of our servers was overloaded yesterday evening which caused Google Spreadsheet integration of some of our customers to not work correctly. The issue has since been rectified, and the integrated sheets should be working correctly once again.

    For example, this is one of my old integrated forms, where I've just made a new test submission and it was forwarded instantly:

    Can you please try re-integrating your form with Google Spreadsheet one more time, and if you are still not receiving submissions on the newly integrated Google Spreadsheet, please let us know the link to the form where you are having these problems and we'll be happy to take a closer look at what may be causing it. Thank you.

    I still have the same problem: I removed the integration and I remade again. New submissions are still not visible in google spreadsheet. I would like to know if this problem is solvable and if I can do something immediately. This is a very important issue for me. thank you. I want to specify that the problem comes in all forms in which I have activated integration with google spreadsheet.

    The problem seems to be solved yesterday, but this afternoon the integration has again stopped working. Can you help me???

    I'm afraid we didn't receive any updates yet from our developers, but they are actively looking into it and this bug report is marked with urgent priority.

    The bug report ticket is still open in our system. However, I have just tried the Google Spreadsheet integration on my test form within EU region and everything worked properly.

    Are you still having issues receiving new submissions on integrated spreadsheet(s)? Is this happening with multiple forms or some specific form?

    I confirm that the problem occurs on all forms integrated with google spreadsheet. At this time the integration is working, but in some days stops working for several hours, and then start again to operate without me to do anything.
