I have been using the Widget "SMS Confirmation for months now but this is my 2nd times having the same error.

As my colleague noticed before, the issue seems to be that you have set your SMS Confirmation widget to accept US only numbers, while you are actually using it for collecting international numbers (from Malaysia):
Please make sure to set up the widget to accept International numbers if you are expecting to collect numbers from outside of the USA.

Previously I'm using the format as per screenshot attached.
And i just try the widget again.
Still facing the same issue.

I tested SMS Confirmation widget in my form and I was able to replicate this error. I forwarded this issue to our backend team for further checking. We'll inform you through this thread when we receive an update.

But I would really appreciate if you solve this issue urgently as all of my user are depending on my form for daily submission.

We understand the urgency of this matter and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has brought you. I made some tests on the form and I can see that the issue still persits.
So far our developers are still investigating the issue. For now, we will have to wait for an update from them. We cannot provide you an exact time frame for when this will be fixed, but rest assured we will let you know on this thread once we hear any news from the developers.
