Free Upgrade

    I'm sending this because I'm not happy with the service we've received. See we needed a form builder for our company and at the end of the day would bring a lot of clients to whomever that form builder is. I've submitted a ton of support tickets and it's evident that the issue was on you and not the whitelisting. Even after whitelisting it didn't work, then there were two times this past Monday where your site was down for maintenance and then suddenly everything was working.

    We are going to need to upgrade at some point with you or another service. I've done research and there's other services just like yours that even offer phone support. I'd like something for our troubles to show some empathy for what we've gone through, and a free upgrade!
