I created an account after I made a form about 10 days ago and I am having trouble with both the password I used here and the email I created the account with.
Is there any way to change the email associated with the account so I can reset my password?
Or do I just need to go through the whole process again and make a new form with new updated information?

I have checked you account and it is registered to a different email: email@example.com
You can use Forgot Password button at www.jotform.com and on the bottom right of the page:

Step 4: Check your email account for password resetting.

ok thanks. That is not my email. I am just going to start over again. Thanks anyway.
