I am not getting emails when I get a new form, is there an way to turn that back on?

It appears that your email server rejected emails from JotForm resulting to your email address landing into the bounce list.
Here is the reason given by your mail server in blocking emails: Reason(s) : Complain about message from AmazonSES
I have now removed the email from the bounce list, so there should be attempts to send email alerts again to your email address. But in order to have a better fix on this issue, may I recommend to change your email notification sender address from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org
This is due to the bounce back error given by your mail server about AmazonSES which email@example.com uses. So replacing the sender address as recommended above might fix this issue.
