Need to recover username and password

    Hello,

    I need to recover my username and password-- your the automated reset system doesn't work for this because my e-mail address changed.  The e-mail I first made my account with is knaidl@mayvilleproducts.com, which is no longer valid.

    The best way out of this dilemma that I can think of would be for you to create a new Free account (instead of a Guest account) and then one of us JotForm Support team members will move the four forms currently in the lost password account to your new one.

    OK, I have created a new free account.  My new user name is KNaidlJOT1, and my e-mail address again is KNaidl@inplace.com.  The website where the forms reside is www.emi-america.com.

    As previously mentioned, my lost password account used the e-mail address knaidl@mayvilleproducts.com, on the same website www.emi-america.com.

    As you suggested, could you please move the forms currently in the lost password account to my new account?  I would like to avoid having to make new forms all over again and I would also like to avoid having to replace the form files already on my website.  The only adjustment I need to make is to change the form recipient e-mail address, which hopefully in my understanding is simply done on your website as an account setting adjustment?

    Hi again Keith

    As requested, the forms have been transferred to your new account and the recipient email address changed from knaidl@mayvilleproducts.com to KNaidl@inplace.com. (It so happens that the address change only needed to be done to two of the forms.)

    Please log out of your account, log back in and let us know if everything's okay.
