If I clicked off a form, is there a way to click on a link to start back where I left off on?

    Hello.

If a customer is filling out one of our forms but accidentally clicks off the form or losses internet connection, is there a way that an email or a link can be sent to that specific form so they can click back on the link and start back on the form where they left off on?

Yes, it is possible to have this kind of function in the form.  Please take note that this methods requires you to create 2 forms and the page break tool. You can view the complete guide using this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later.

If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

Hello.  I followed these steps but when I created both forms and when I receive an email with the customer link, I get taken to a 404 page that says the link is not correct.

Here is the link through Form 1:- https://www.jotform.com/%20https:/form.jotform.com/40317344116142?session=corporatevisionary@gmail.com

    What am I doing wrong?

Forms are called: Do My Resume.NET RQF and Resume Questionnaire Form

The link that you received in your email is incorrect. There are the http on it.

Please remove the https:www.jotform.com/%20 in the auto-responder email.

I checked your form and I can see that you already fixed it. I put my email on the form and I received the auto-responder email. The correct link is showing.
