How do you remove the jotform url along the bottom of the form when printing?

This is actually generated by the print settings. When you hit the "Print Form" button, the printer setting in your browser or your computer system 

On my screencast above, you can see the "Options" at the left side, if you disable the "Headers and footers", the link shown in the bottom will be removed.
