    My forms are disabled

    Hi, when anyone tries to view our forms it is saying they are disabled? They were working fine the first few days after creation, the first day they were created. We rescue dogs and these forms are important for our communication process with potential adopting families. Thank you for your attention.

    Hello PyrPaws,

    Thank you for posting your concern.

    I have checked your account and it was automatically suspended. This happens when there is a form in your account which may have some sensitive information such as collection of usernames/passwords, credit card information, etc. The suspension happens when the system's filter detects a form which may have some fields for such purpose. This filter functions like the anti-spam filters on emails.

    However, I did not find anything suspicious with your forms. As such, I'm inclined to believe that this was a false positive. And so, I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to access your forms now.
