Capability of form on free option

I need to create a number of forms with different types of responses (multiple answer/multiple choice, short answer, yes/no with reasons, etc). Is this possible?

Currently the form is in a word doc emailed or provided in person.

Yes, this is possible with Jotform. But please note that we have a set of limits for each type of account. Free Plan, for example, is limited to just 100 submissions per month. You can check our pricing page for more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/pricing.

It is also best to create your account first before creating your form. That way, the form will be saved in your account.
