I am trying to cancel the premium account. When routed to Primus, it asks for user ID / password which must be different from Jotform? How do I cancel this account and stop billing? Jotform user ID is jackandjillcolumbus

We have canceled your subscription. Your account will stay Premium until the paid period expires.
