Able to create different email lists dependent upon answers to an online survey?

For example.

Survey on my website asks 

male or female?

Eyes green or other?

So people who answer female green get assigned to mailing list A

Those who answer male green mailing list B

Female other mailing list C

Male other mailing list D

Can jotform do this please?

Do you mean you want to conditionally setup the mailing list on the CRM integration setup of your form?

Unfortunately, we cannot conditionally set the email list in the CRM integration of your form. Conditions only works for the regular fields on your form not on integration. If you are referring to a different concern, please provide us more details so we can further check the issue.
