I keep getting emails saying that I've reached my API limit "It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day"
I have no idea what this actually means, and when I look at my account details, I don't even seem to have an API key? Is there something I should be doing?
Will this stop me from being able to receive form submissions?

I checked your Account and I don't see any API key used by you, you have only two Authorized Apps associated with your account. API limits reset on a daily basis, but I reset it manually now.
If the issue persists please let us know so we can investigate this further.
