Hi, I am wondering what happens if the number of submissions exceeds the number allowed by the account. Will they not be processed or anything else? Thank you!

I have checked and you have free account. As free user you can receive up to 100 submissions per month, your forms can be viewed 1,000 times and upload storage space for free account is 100 MB. Currently your account is in good shape. You can check usage of your account on Usage page.

If you go over any of mentioned limits your account will go over quota and all of your forms will be disabled. Your users will not be able to submit your forms.

If your account go over quota you can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter and form view are reset to zero, which will be on every first day of the following month. Upload storage space does not reset. You can clear it by deleting submission that have uploaded files.

Please take note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
