    It's a good idea but I doubt it will work because I don't believe that the "Strict Check" feature matches stored submissions against newly attempted ones but perhaps my colleagues can shed more light on this.

    Once again, nice video: Short, to the point and easy to understand :)

    I actually just tested it, and it worked.  I submitted a form once, and then again the 2nd time.
    As expected, the 2nd submission was not allowed, but then I went in and deleted the 1st submission.

    After doing so, I attemped a 3rd submission, and it went through just fine.
