Why submit button is not showing in my form?

Please help...

Your Submit button is not showing because there is one collapse field that is hiding it:

You can just remove that collapse and Submit button will show.

If you want to have Submit button always shown then leave collapse field where it is and set Status to: Open and Visibility: Hidden.

That way Button will always be visible at the bottom of the form.
