We had someone try to submit the form and they got an error back that said the address failed “ZIP CODE VALIDATION” and it wouldn’t process. Any ideas on how to resolve this?Page URL:

I have tested your form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I have successfully submitted your form, with Zip code that I have entered. I have also cloned your form and I made several test on my cloned form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.
Did only one user reported this issue? Were you able to replicate it as well? Maybe it was a temporarily issue.
In case that your user or you are still getting same message, please provide us zip code that you used. Also please provide us a screenshot of error message.
