    Email History: Some mail logs are missing

    I am having issues as well.  My Web Inbox and Activity Log do not appear to be up to date.  I have received submissions that don't show up in the log or in the Inbox.

    I have checked the email logs of your account and it seems that the emails sent/failed are displaying normally. Could you provide us with the submission ID along with the form or the email ID that is not appearing in your account log so that we can further investigate the issue?

    When I look at the email history on the website this is the last one I see.

    The Inboxes on the forms show no activity for today.  I have received emails and submissions today.

    I would suggest looking for the submissions in the submissions page (https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions). Check and let us know the IDs of the submissions that you are not getting through email so we can investigate further.

    You need to check the "ID" box in the submissions page settings to view the Submission ID column:

    The form #20142311465 have been receiving the form emails based on our logs so I don't think there is an issue here.

    I am receiving the emails for the submissions but the Activity Log on the Website and the Inbox are not updating!!!

    Can you give us an example submission? Share with us the form URL and the submission ID that is missing in the Form Inbox and Email History.

    How can I get the submission ID if I can't see the submission on the web?  Look at any that I have received today.  None of them show up on the website inbox or email activity.

    I'm sorry. Well, the submissions are updated in the inbox and submissions page, but I can confirm that there are missing records in the Email History. Example, the Quick Quote Form. Your last submission on this form is coming from David Witham, but there is no email log for this on your account. I think the Failed ones are not being listed, but I need to confirm this from our developers.
