I was automatically charged for this months membership without prior intimation. I wish to discontinue the subscription for this month.
Pls correct this and revert the monthly charges ASAP

I checked your account and it looks like it is currently set to free. You don't have any active subscription on your CategoryPlanning account. Based on the other thread that you posted, my colleague Jim has already issued a refund for the charges that were made this month (Sep 2 and Sep 9).
