How do I get the e signature on a form to appear on a PDF?

    I was originally using the smooth signature widget on my forms, but had an issue with it working on iPads. Now I've switched all my form to use e-signature, and it's not transferring to the PDF version. I've already looked through the "customize PDF" section, and it doesn't show up there as an option.

    I checked your submissions and did one test submission. Signature is not showing. But when I cloned your form and tested it was showing in PDF fine. So could you please try first resetting the setting of the PDF when you go to Customize PDF:

    And then try to submit the form again. If it doesn't work please try Cloning this form: https://form.jotform.com/62574051671960 and see if that works for you(it is just my clone of your form).
