Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

    I have not changed anything on my form recently. 2-3 days ago I stopped receiving emails, but I would log in and see I have new submissions.

    I checked your email: rome@movinghelpcenter.com and it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : Complain about message from AmazonSES

    I removed your email from our Bounce list so you should be able to receive submissions now.

    I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent further issues. Also, Whitelisting of our domains will help as well.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists.
