Can I schedule a form to disable on a ceratin date?

 can I schedule a form to go live at a future date, and to be disabled on a future date?

Though it is not possible to schedule a date for the form to go live, you can manually disable it until you are ready to allow submissions. 

It is, however, possible to add an expiration date.  In your form preferences, change the form status to "Disable on Date":

Set the expiration date and you're all set.  The form can be set to "Disabled" or "Enabled" from the same place.
