Hours of operation

I am trying to create a form that I can send to businesses with information.  I obviously can see basic information; name and contact, but I am having trouble creating an hours of operation for the form.  Preferably I would like to have a drop box format that they can choose, but if they can write in their hours as well that would work.

I would suggest you to use "Time" field from the Quick fields. 

"Time" field has special settings that's found under its properties like Time Range, Minutes Stepping for the minutes interval on the drop down menu, Time Format and more.
