can you explain why my "what date are you registering for" field isn't displaying

    Hello thrivinglife,

    I did check your form and found that you have added a condition to show the date field only when answer to "Are you interested in our Portland, OR Presence Practice Groups?" question is selected as "Interested". Please check the screenshot below:

    If you select the answer of the above question as "Interested" it will display the date field. Please check the screenshot below:
